I made a couple of batches of cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu for a Morning Tea at my workplace.
First batch are Gingerbread Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu, topped with Cream Cheese Icing and Gold Pearlised Sugar.
Second batch are Red Velvet Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu, topped with Cream Cheese Icing and Red Non-Pariels.
Happy Birthday to Kels and Gazza.
