Barbie Cupcakes for the Most Beautiful Girl in the World!!

Hi Everyone,

I just finished a special order of Barbie Cupcakes for the Most Beautiful Girl in the World - my niece Tailah Mai.  It is her Birthday tomorrow and everything is Pink and Barbie for her at the moment.


I made a dozen Vanilla Bean Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu.  I coloured the Cupcakes Pink and topped them with a beautiful swirl of Vanilla Buttercream and decorated each Cupcake with a Barbie Cupcake Ring.










I then tried my hand at making a single slightly larger Cupcake which I topped with the remaining Vanilla Buttercream and decorated with Pink Cachous and a Barbie Cupcake Ring.
