Red Velvet Delight

Hi Everyone,

I made a batch of my 'Red Velvet' Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu for a colleague's last day today.

I topped them with a smooth Cream Cheese Icing and decorated them with Red Sanding Sugar and Non-Pariels, Silver Pearlised Sugar and Red Blossoms.

They looked a treat and tasted even better!!  Hope you like the pics!!

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea Cupcakes

Hi Everyone,

Last night I made some special cupcakes for Australia's Biggest Morning Tea being held at my worklace today.

I decided on 2 dozen Vanilla Bean Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu, topped with Vanilla Bean Buttercream coloured Yellow & Blue and decorated with Yellow & Blue Blossoms and Sanding Sugar.

The Morning Tea was a great success with lots of money raised for a great cause.

Hi Everyone,

I know this is not about cupcakes.... but I just have to share this special story and some pics.

When I make cupcakes orders, I usually have left over cupcakes.  So I ice the leftover cupcakes for my niece and nephews to take to school as a treat.  Their mum's freeze the cupcakes and pop the frozen cupcakes in their lunchbox and by break time they have thawed and they are able to enjoy my delicious cupcakes.

So as a thank you from my nephew Samuel, he decided to make a HUGE batch of Kiss Biscuits for me.  He even iced them with purple icing!!! (my favourite colour)  I have to say they are absolutely DELICIOUS!!

Farewell Cupcakes

Hi Everyone,

Just finished making 2 batches of cupcakes for work colleagues finishing work today.

Firstly, 1 dozen Gluten Free Vanilla Bean Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu, topped with Vanilla Bean Buttercream and decorated with an array of coloured sugar stars, non-pariels and silver sugar crystals.

Secondly, 1 dozen Caramel Mud Cupcakes from the 'Morish Mud' Menu, topped with Chocolate Buttercream and decorated with a coloured sugar star and non-pariels.

Mother's Day Cupcakes

Hi Everyone,

Just finished the few orders of Cupcakes for Mother's Day this year.

First dozen are Double Choc Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu topped with Chocolate Buttercream and decorated with a Blue Blossom, Blue Sanding Sugar and Pearlised Sugar.

The next dozen are Vanilla Bean Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu topped with Vanilla Bean Buttercream and decorated with a Pink Blossom, Pink Non-Pariels and Pearlised Sugar.

The final dozen are my Mum's favourite - Coconut Cream Cupcakes also from the 'Classic' Menu topped with Coconut Buttercream and decorated with a Lavender Blossom, Lavender Non-Pariels and Lavender Sanding Sugar.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mum's.... Especially my beautiful MUM!!
