Passion for Passionfruit

Hi Everyone,

Just completed an order for 1 dozen Passion Plus cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu.  They are for a Birthday celebration of Passionfruit lovers.

I started with a delicious, moist Passionfruit pulp infused cupcake.  I then topped the cupcakes with an exquisite Buttercream and then drizzled fresh
Passionfruit pulp over the Buttercream.

The look yummo and they smell absolutely yummo.

Bite-Size Birthday Treats

Hi Everyone,

Just completed an order for some Bite-Size Vanilla Bean and Double Choc Cupcakes.  They are for an Accountancy firm's Morning Tea to celebrate a birthday. 

I have done things a little different this time.  I made only Vanilla Bean and Double Choc cupcakes, however I decided to ice them with different buttercream flavours.

For starters, I decided to decorate the traditional way of Vanilla Bean Buttercream topped with Black non-pariels on the Vanilla Bean cupcakes and Chocolate Buttercream topped with both Dark and Milk Chocolate shavings on the Double Choc cupcakes.

The second batch, I decided on Coconut Buttercream topped with coconut on the Vanilla Bean cupcakes and Peppermint Buttercream topped with crushed Peppermint Crisp on the Double Choc cupcakes.
Thirdly, I decided on Lemon Buttercream topped with Silver cachous on the Vanilla Bean cupcakes and Mocha Buttercream topped with Dark Chocolate covered Coffee Beans on the Double Choc cupcakes.

I hope all the staff enjoy the cupcakes and different Buttercream flavours!!

Sweet Little Good-Bye Cupcakes

Hi Everyone,

Another order of cupcakes just completed! 

The order was for 4 dozen Bite-Size Cupcakes: 2 dozen Vanilla Bean and 2 dozen Double Choc.

The occasion is a special morning tea for this lovely lady's last day at

work.

The Vanilla Bean cupcakes are topped with Vanilla Bean Buttercream and the Double Choc cupcakes are topped with Chocolate Buttercream.  I decorated the cupcakes with gorgeous little sugar flowers in an array of colours.
