A Dozen Flower Cupcakes for Birthday Gal ANGE!

Happy Birthday for Sunday ANGE!!

Every work day, I religiously listen to Ange & Jay in the mornings on SEAFM.

When I heard that it was Ange's Birthday this Sunday, I thought I just have to....  I just have to make a batch of my cupcakes for the Birthday Girl.  I mean you're only 29 once!! (hehe..)

I wasn't sure what flavour Ange might like, so I took the safest bet and made a dozen of the Vanilla Bean cupcakes from the OMG... It's Cupcakes... 'Classic' Menu.

Considering the occasion, I decided to ice them with Vanilla Bean Buttercream and decorate them with flowers, sanding sugars, non pareils, cachous in an array of colours. 

My idea was a dozen flower cupcakes for the birthday gal.

Coconut Cream Delight!!

If you like coconut, you will love OMG... It's Cupcakes... Coconut Cream Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu.  They are a gorgeous coconut cupcake, topped with coconut buttercream and decorated with toasted coconut. 

I absolutely love these cupcakes, they are just the thing to compliment a tea or coffee.  Both kids and adults love them.  

A colleague recently ordered them in bite-size as they were just ideal for school lunches for her boys.  She even popped them in the freezer so they would last for the week.... Her idea was great... but I'm pretty sure they didn't last the week.!!  Who could blame them, after all they are delicious...

I recently had an order of Double Choc and Vanilla Bean Bite-Size Cupcakes for a ladies get together.  I thought I would dress them up a little for the occasion.  Just how gorgeous do they look!!!

7th Birthday Cupcakes

I was given the wonderful opportunity of making cupcakes for my nephew's 7th Birthday.  He loves Transformers, so I made a batch of Kids Vanilla & Kids Chocolate cupcakes in Transformer Baking Cups.  The cupcakes were iced with red & blue Buttercream and topped with red & blue sanding sugars.  I also made a batch of Bite-Size Kids Vanilla & Kids Chocolate cupcakes and I iced them the same.  I made a small top cake iced with red buttercream and decorated with red & blue sugar stars and a Transformer Ribbon to match.
They were a big hit as his party!

'Morish Mud' Choc Mud for Dad

Hi Everyone,  It's my Dad's birthday today, so I though I would treat him to something special.  I decided to make a batch of my Choc Mud Cupcakes from the 'Morish Mud' Menu.  I have topped them with an absolutely decadent whipped milk chocolate ganache and decorated them with silver cachous to match the silver baking paper.  I hope he likes them... (I know he will...).  Don't they look so scrumptious!!!

My Towering Bouquet of Cupcakes...

Hi everyone,  I recently had the opportunity to have a stall at one of the local Markets and on offer were my Cupcakes from the 'Classic' Menu.  What a great morning it was.  It was lovely to talk with the locals and get some great feedback about the 'Classic' Menu of the OMG... It's Cupcakes... cupcake range. 

All 12 flavours were on offer as well as the 'Bite-Size' range of the 'Classic' Menu.  I didn't manage to get pics at the local Markets, however I had taken a couple of pics of the 'Classic' Menu range of cupcakes before going to market.  I combined both 'Classic' and 'Bite-Size' cupcakes in the tower. 

From afar, I think the tower looks like a bouquet of flowers.  I hope you like the pics.
